About the Role
Core Rehabilitation has proudly served Central Florida for 14 years and continues to grow. We
now operate three outpatient clinics and have already added three new clinical team members
this year. We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Haines City clinic and
support our expanding patient population.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated, team-oriented Physical Therapist with strong (or developing)
manual therapy skills and a growth mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with
PTAs and front-office staff and takes pride in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We
are offering this position for salaried clinic manager or contract therapist.
Position Highlights
Small team-oriented care.
Outpatient orthopedic caseload (neck, back, shoulder, knee, pelvic, sports & overuse
injuries)
Combination of manual therapy and active treatment
Supportive team environment with clearly defined standards of care
No excessive overbooking
Responsibilities
Deliver skilled, evidence-based physical therapy services
Implement and follow Core Rehabilitation’s standard of care
Supervise and collaborate with PTAs
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
Contribute positively to clinic culture and team success
Requirements
Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida
1–2 years outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
(Newer grads with strong manual skills encouraged to apply, reimbursement adjusted
based on qualifications)
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to commute daily to Haines City, FL
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
Compensation & Benefits for Clinic Manager
$90,000-$95,000 salaried based on experience and performance

Contract PT
$43.27 – $45.67 per hour, based on experience and performance
