About this clinic: The Winter Haven clinic
Core Rehabilitation's Winter Haven clinic offers one-on-one outpatient physical therapy for back, neck, shoulder, and orthopedic conditions, plus balance and vestibular therapy, pelvic floor therapy, and post-surgical rehab. You work with the same licensed therapist through your whole plan of care — you're not handed off to aides between visits.
It's part of Core Rehabilitation, an independent, veteran- and physical-therapist-owned practice that has cared for more than 8,000 patients across Polk County since 2013. The same standard of care and the same full service menu are available here as at our Lake Wales and Haines City clinics — what changes from one location to the next is only where it is and when it's open.

The Winter Haven clinic is open Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm — it opens an hour later than our Lake Wales and Haines City clinics — and is closed on weekends. Call 863-268-6523 to book, or request an appointment online and we'll follow up to confirm a time.

In Florida, you don't need a physician's referral to begin physical therapy — you can come straight to us. We also accept 200+ insurance plans across all three clinics.
