How our care works: Care that's built around you — not a template
Every service on this page runs on the same principles. That consistency is the point: whatever brought you in, and whichever clinic you visit, the standard of care doesn't change.
One therapist, start to finish
You work with the same licensed physical therapist through your whole plan of care — never handed off to an aide between visits
A full evaluation, every time
Before any treatment, your PT documents your baseline and sets goals with you — so your plan is designed to address the cause, not just the symptoms.

Getting started: What happens on your first visit
Your first appointment is an evaluation, not a rushed hand-off. Here's the shape of it.
01
A full interview and examination. Your therapist reviews your history and assesses how you move.
02
A plain-language explanation. They explain what's causing your problem in everyday terms — not medical jargon.
03
Goals set with you. Your goals and expectations are discussed and agreed on together.
04
A plan you understand. You'll see what a realistic course of treatment looks like for your situation.
05
Hands-on care begins. You and your therapist start working the plan toward getting you back to your activities.
Most first visits run about 45–60 minutes. For the full walk-through, what to bring, and how insurance is handled, see your first visit →

Why physical therapy: Why start with physical therapy?
Physical therapy is a non-invasive, hands-on approach that works to address the underlying cause of your pain or movement problem — not just mask the symptoms. For many common musculoskeletal conditions, national guidelines recommend active, non-drug care like physical therapy as a first-line option.
Non-invasive and medication-free. A conservative first step before considering more invasive options.
Focused on the cause. We work to identify and treat what's driving the problem, not only the symptom
Individualized, not a template. Your plan is built around your diagnosis, goals, and progress.
Grounded in clinical research. Our care follows current physical therapy evidence and practice guidelines.
